This was announced by the Prime Minister Robert Abela during an interview he had on Sunday morning, where among other issues he stated how the vaccination against COVID-19 and the rest of the containment measures remain crucial.
He said that the Government will continue to provide the necessary help for the country to undergo a strong recovery process.
Prime Minister Robert Abela said, “In the coming days we will be announcing how the vouchers will be distributed but the goal, the target remains that from June 7 another € 45 million in vouchers, the second scheme will be distributed to the people. “
He said how today we are in the process of returning to normality, and the forecast that our country will have 50,000 unemployed people has not materialized. The Prime Minister reminded that this was the fruit of the Government’s decision to not pursue an austerity policy.
