Valletta is gearing up to host Science in the City on Friday night.
Malta’s annual science and arts festival will held from 6pm till midnight in the capital city.
Valletta’s streets will be filled with art and entertainment all linked to science, including art installations, creative jazz concerts, magicians, dance, children’s puppet shows, live experiments, talks, comedy, theatre and much more.
Organisers promised ‘a memorable night which is fun, interactive and free’.
This year’s theme is The Science of You – exploring explore how science affects each and every one of us in our daily lives.
The activities will take place at City Gate, St James Cavalier, Republic Street, Queen’s Square and St George’s Square.
Science in the City was launched in 2012 to grow and encourage interest in science in Malta.
