Three men have been arrested after a spate of burglaries in Gozo.
Police said the suspects were arrested in Marsa.
They are being questioned in connection with 10 break-ins at homes in Victoria, Nadur, Xewkija and Xaghra in recent weeks.
Around €60,000 were stolen from a house in Xewkija last month while €25,000 were stolen from a property in Victoria a few days later.
Cash was also stolen during two break-ins in Xaghra and Nadur.
So far this year a total of 14 burglaries have been reported to the police in Gozo.
Last year, crime figures showed that Nadur was the safest place to live in the Maltese Islands, with the lowest crime rate in the country.
