Ryanair has announced 15 new winter routes from Malta.
The new destinations include Luxembourg, Oslo in Norway and Cork in Ireland.
The airline will also be flying to Santiago in Spain and Paphos in Cyprus for the first time.
Ryanair said it planned to extend its current services to Amman, Billund, Cardiff, Cork, Exeter, Lamezia, Luxembourg, Maastricht, Nantes, Oslo, Perugia, Rome Fiumicino and Thessaloniki.
Ryanair head of sales Chiara Ravara said: ‘With the additional traffic resulting from the new routes, a total of almost three million customers will pass through Malta’s airport next year.’
To celebrate the announcement, Ryanair has launched a seat sale with fares on some of its Malta routes available from €14.99.
They must be booked by midnight on Tuesday.
